✅Key Characteristics :

You will see a flow chart showing steps in a process or sequence.

Options (choices) are given, usually as a list (A, B, C, etc.).

You must choose the correct option to complete each gap in the flow chart.

The flow chart shows how something works or happens step-by-step.

Found mostly in Section 2 or Section 3 of the test.

Tests your ability to understand the order and logic of information.

Options may include words or short phrases.

Answers will come in the same order as you hear them in the recording.

Focus on keywords in the chart and options before listening.

Be careful of similar-sounding or confusing options – listen closely to details.

⭐️Important Tips:

Preview the chart — Look at the structure and see how the process flows.

Check the options first — Know what you're choosing from before the recording begins.

Pay attention to transition words — Like first, then, after that, finally—these show movement in the process.

Look out for paraphrasing — The options might not be said word-for-word in the audio. For example: Option: *By email* In audio: They’ll send you the response electronically.

Write only the correct letter (A, B, C, etc.)

Do not write the full phrase unless instructed.
